This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

1. Claim Management

 - Assist in the 8D problem-solving process, including quality issue diagnosis and failure verification at production.

- Support engineers in preparing samples for shipping and conducting discussions with internal and external teams.

- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and drive improvement activities.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Support sorting management work

2. Lean Project

- Coordinate the implementation of lean activities within the PQA team

- Support the documentation and preparation of presentation materials for lean activities

3. PQA Tracker          

-Update and maintain the PQA tracker, including monitoring S-block status, actual part maching with SAP system, overdue status

Educational Background : Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronic and Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Special Skills : Familiar with MS Excel and MS Power Point

Language Proficiency Level : Thai and English

Others : Good communication and interpersonal skills
