Responsible for electronic component supplier development and enabling

• Contact with business unit for business planning
• Coordinate with Business unit to conduct project on time, on budget, on quality release
• Supplier quality improvement projects in general and specific for dedicated process, incl.

• Definition of assessment criteria
• Project setup, contracting and conduction
• Reporting to upper management

• Enable new supplier for automotive business in a systematic way
• Problem solving in a systematic way, in case of quality issue
• Process audit according to VDA 6.3 at suppliers
• Can work on the pressure to meet business unit time to market requirement

• Bachelor degree of science, electronic engineering, or physics
• > 5 years working experience in semiconductor or automotive industry with quality management, International working / study experience
• Semiconductor manufacturing: wafer fab, assembly and testing
• Quality management standard & tools, statistical methods (e.g. PAT)
• Semiconductor device knowledge and test concept
• Knowledge about Project management
• Communication in international team, fluent in English
