Job Description
►Support in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure effective project management for selected digital initiatives
►Create and document Power BI reports and provide data-driven insights to regional leadership and sales teams
► Create digital solutions, such as SharePoint Flows and automatizations to enhance our sales processes
►Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for associates on IT solutions and systems and facilitate regular onboarding sessions
►Provide a platform to share best practices and success stories to enhance digitalization efforts across different regions
►Support in Sales CRM in roll-out related topics, i.e. reviewing and ensuring applicability of training concept to sales context
►Provide input/examples/agenda-contents to best Sales CRM practice rounds with country "role experts"
Qualifications
►Strong Experience (>3 years) in digitalization and automation of processes
►Excellent knowledge in Office tools, i.e. MS Office, PowerBI, SharePoint Flows
►Sales Experience (>2 years) required; CRM experience beneficial
►Solution oriented thinking and self-organized working method
► Strong analytical skills and data affinity
►Strong communication and implementation skills
►High level of customer orientation as well as future-oriented thinking
►Fluent English in spoken and written
