Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Process and Sales Support Specialist to join our team. By basing on your expertise in IT systems and applications, you will play a key role in evaluating and recommending improvements to reduce costs, introduce upgrades in the systems, as well as implementing and monitoring ongoing IT systems and processes.

Major tasks:

  • Cooperate with IT departments to create, develop, and evaluate IT solutions, system requirements, and scope of services with system providers. Advise on process design.
  • Implement changes on IT systems, check functionality, carry out pilots and tests, and evaluate expected results.
  • Support in estimating necessary resources, budgets, and capacities.
  • Lead projects for new tools and new requirements from a digital perspective.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and security measures required for operations.
  • Provide training and user support during new tool implementation and operations, including designing, planning, and implementing training activities and documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with departmental organization across different hierarchies.

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant experience
  • Experience with different IT systems / applications
  • Market knowledge and understanding of Mobility Aftermarket business model
  • Order-to-cash system and process know-how
  • Familarity with SAP R/3
  • Logistical background knowledge
  • Technical and Analytical skills
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
