• Communication and obtaining mandatory documentation for the implementation of the customs procedure
• Preparation of addtional documents requested by customers
• Tracking and monitoring temporary admission process (returnable packaging flow)
• Checking and controling of export and import documentation
• Submission of originals customs declarations to the customs office
• Implementation of export and import formalities (in-house)
• Preparation of necessary documents for customs authorities and placement of customs stamps on goods
• Scanning and archiving documentation
• Regular and ad hoc reporting

• Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
• Advanced Excell skills
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
• Proactive and structured work
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Fluency in English
