• You will get dedicated training about IAM processes and tools
• Supporting our team with incident management, troubleshooting access-related problems, and documentation of new support cases
• Utilize tools such as Active Directory, Identity Management Platform, SQL DataBase, PowerShell, SAP
• Gain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cyber Security
• Assist with bug and issue resolution,
• Collaborate with qualified IAM/ SQL/ Security Specialists

Requirements:

• Availability min 30h per week
• Work from an office in Łódź 6 days a month
• Willingness  to learn general IT know how
• Familiarity with IAM processes, Active Directory
• Knowledge of Databases (one of the systems: SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Proficiency in English language

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer service
• German language skills
