Job Description

  • Accountable for driving the value maximization for our customers by prioritizing the work content of the squad and ensuring that we do the right thing
  •  Commercially accountable for the entire product life cycle
  • Set and own quarterly objectives and lead results
  • Identify and resolve dependencies with other squads
  •  Develop and communicate the product vision
  •  Develop and support the team in working in an agile environment
  •  Design the overall vision for the Source-to-Procure process chain
  • Closely interact with the User Department and Governance Functions in the S2P area and consult them pro-actively to ensure a shared vision of the S2P solution
  •  Prioritize requirements, ensuring on-time delivery, and report the progress continuously to the relevant stakeholders
  •  Collaborate with other IT Product Owners and the Chief Product Owner to identify synergies and drive standardization
  • Define the team set-up, identify required competencies, and ensure proper staffing out of the entire BD organization

Qualifications

  • Profound understanding of the customer as well as know-how of SAP S2P domain and technology
  • Proficient in requirement management
  • Solid understanding the technical basis of the product
  • Knowledge of best practices and tooling know-how
  • Work experience with agile methodologies in software development
  • Good communication skills
  • Good English skills
