Job Description
•Responsible for Overall Regional TBP along with all BU Level target & Coverage days target.
·Implementation of TT GTM Strategy in Region
•Regional Administrator and coordination with all regional employees
•Leverage digital & analytics tool for business effectiveness.
•Driving Channel Sales, setting dealers Annual Targets ensuring Securitization & helping them to grow in Business
•Team management- develop team competency to drive high performance culture. Work with the team & provide constructive feedback to the team members on an ongoing basis.
•Keep track of competition activities & products.
•Manpower hiring – identifying talent and nurturing
•Structured reviews – with sharp focus on key business drivers
•Reporting to Head of Sales - Regional accounts (TT on business development
•Define a Regional strategy to deliver increase in Bosch SOW across range of PT (tools, accessories, spares, MT) through channel relationship
•Leverage and drive new product launches to achieve WOD.

Qualifications
B.Tech Engineering, MBA with 10 to 12 years of relevent experience
