A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

• Planned maintenance and predictive maintenance
• Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)
• Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and support total productive maintenance plan.
• Work with related function to follow up, update and closed Open problem list.
• Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of %Technical loses, Mean Time Between Failures, Mean Time To Repair and Maintenance cost to achieve Business Plan Target.
• 5S and Safety work.
• Contribution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.
• Create work instruction, Total Productive Maintenance plan and predictive maintenance plan.
• Prepare  Total Productive Maintenance plan and spare part for new machines.
• Total Productive Maintenance Window for TMC8 Assembly line.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical.   
• Good Knowledge
  • Electrical, PLC ,HMI program and Pneumatic
  • Servo motor, Robot system
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Microsoft office tools.
• At least 5 years working experience in Manufacturing.
• Skills required: problem solving, planning, analytical and proactive mindset.
• Fair command of English.
• Thoroughly and accurate working style.
• Able work in night shift and holiday overtime.
• Document control ,Update data ,prepare data.
