Job Description
What distinguishes you;
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Management or Engineering; MBA is a plus
- Experience in Security Industry is a must
- Fluent English and Arabic is a must
Qualifications
- Based in Saudi Arabia- Riyad and reporting to Regional Head of META and Iberia Region
- Turnover responsible for Government business in META Region with focus on Saudi Arabia
- Build-up and organize Sales Business Vertical activities for Government in the META Region
- Develop, implement and follow-up on business development approach for Government vertical
- Develop, engage with local Technology partners to strength Bosch’s position in the market
- Actively get involved in tender specification of large projects, drive specification of Bosch and convert these tenders into leads. Present, discuss, adjust and follow-up on technical and commercial solutions with the end-user and all relevant parties
- Ensure and achieve with large end-users that Bosch is preferred supplier and that Bosch products are specified as preferred solution
- Actively work with key influencers and end-users and act as Key Influencer Manager for defined local influencers
- Develop, implement and follow-up on influencer development plan for defined local key influencers
- Identify, visit regularly and win the main decision makers within a vertical or within key influencer organization
- Provide feedback on market sizes and trends, customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries) on vertical of responsibility
- Plan and organize key influencer events; participate if required in trade shows, congresses and support PR activities
Additional Information
At least 10+ year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies and video systems business unit.
