Job Description

Tasks:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document the specific requirements for foreign worker services, ensuring that all needs are met effectively.
  • Process Mapping: Develop clear and structured process maps for the end-to-end management of foreign worker services, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing support.
  • Tool Readiness: Assist in identifying, setting up, and testing practical tools (checklists, templates, forms) that will facilitate efficient service delivery to internal customers.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for all processes and tools to ensure clarity and accessibility for future reference, including guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from users and stakeholders on the effectiveness of the processes and tools and recommend improvements as necessary to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Administration/ related field.
  • Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): -
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on processes, requirements, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new tools quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
