• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in regional / divisional / plant finance or related fields.
• Familiarity with how ERP systems like SAP manage and integrate financial data across various business processes.
• Ability to track and analyze the flow of value through the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and decision-making
• Ability to apply central directives in controlling processes to maintain consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in managing and interpreting large datasets within ERP systems to support financial analysis and forecasting.
• Independently, analytical and structured manner of working.
• Teamwork player, working in an international environmental, high level of communication skills
• Proactive way of working with a high focus on results.
• Very high IT affinity, strong knowledge of BI systems.
