Job Description

  • Identify and open new retail accounts with premium electronic and sanitaryware retailers in Central Java.
  • Build Bosch brand presence through strategic partnerships, securing prime locations for Bosch product displays within these new accounts.
  • Negotiate agreements with retailers to ensure optimal brand placement and visibility for Bosch key categories.
  • Plan and implement Bosch displays and merchandising in new and existing stores to enhance brand appeal and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with retailers to align on display standards and ensure that all Bosch products are presented in line with brand guidelines.
  • Drive sales extraction from retail accounts by implementing Retail Excellence strategies and overseeing sales promoter activities.
  • Develop and execute promotions, product demonstrations, and in-store marketing initiatives to boost sales performance.
  • Regularly assess sales data and provide feedback to optimize sales tactics and increase conversion rates.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales promoters within retail locations to ensure consistent customer engagement and high-quality service.
  • Establish performance targets and coach sales promoters to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide on-ground support to optimize promoter effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail sales or business development, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or similar sectors.
  • Proven experience in account management, new market entry, and retail partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of display standards, merchandising, and sales promotion within a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with premium retailers.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within Central Java.
