Job Description

Experience:·  10+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience, with a strong focus on Consumer Goods industry SFA and Experience Cloud DMS use cases.·       Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau CRM, Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI) & AppExchange products.·       Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud & Experience cloud solutions, integrating with various Salesforce products.·       Create data models, process flows, and architectural designs that align with business requirements and best practices.·       Ensure solutions are aligned with Consumer Goods Cloud functionality such as retail execution, visit planning & execution, Salesforce Maps, Mobile order capture, Order and inventory management.·       Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce CG Cloud & Experience cloud to support key business processes, such as retail execution, trade promotion management, DMS system, Portals and planogram compliance.·       Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems.·       Develop and implement data migration and data integration strategies for companies to ensure seamless sharing of data between systems.·       Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.·       Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into solutions.·       Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI, Tableau CRM, and Marketing Cloud.·       Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft or similar tools.·       Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences for customers, partners, and internal users.·       Architect solutions that leverage Experience Cloud features such as customer portals, partner communities, self-service capabilities, and knowledge sharing.·       Lead the customization and configuration of Experience Cloud, including Lightning web components, themes, page layouts, and community templates.·       Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware.·       Execution of best practice standards: design, coding, environment, data·       Documenting any newly developed functionality in solution designs

Partnering end-to-end with Product Managers / Owners, Business Stakeholders, and business analysts to understand customer requirements and process flows and translate them into Salesforce technology solutions.

Managing all application architecture artifacts

Ongoing application rationalization and simplification of user experience

Demonstrate a strong command of technical details to translate proposed solutions into functional specifications with technical team.

Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements the applications built.

Build Proofs-Of-Concept to illustrate possible technical solutions to stakeholders and technical staff.

Establish and implement development patterns for technical staff to follow.

Define and implement DevOps processes to improve development quality of developers (mix of onshore and offshore), providing technical guidance.

Day-to-day guidance and coaching for solution and integration teams.

Establishing and controlling technical definitions, rules, principles, and standards for teams

Assessing, reviewing and decisioning on all solution architecture designs

Delivering compelling presentations, architectural blueprint documents, environment management plan, development policy and participate in requirements-gathering workshops to influence the strategic direction of projects and lead business through solution design.

Execution of best practice standards: design, coding, environment, data

Define and implement DevOps processes to improve development quality. Process Skills:·       10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a focus on the Consumer Goods Industry & Experience cloud.·       Proven expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with other enterprise systems.·       Strong background in designing solutions for retail execution, trade promotion management, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making.·       Experience in designing solutions for global consumer goods companies.

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or related technology or technical fields, or 10+ years' equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Deep understanding of SFA & DMS architecture, processes, and best practices
