Job Description

  • As a Controlling Business Partner, you are responsible for planning & analyzing SG&A and R&D costs for the headquarter (Abstatt and Schwäbisch Gmünd) of the Bosch division Vehicle Motion (VM),
  • You are responsible for an independent execution of tasks in your area of responsibility in our reoccurring controlling processes (MBR (Monthly Business Report), CF (Current Forecast) and BP (Business Planning)),
  • You cooperate directly with the SG&A & R&D functions as well as with the Business Unit Controllers to create transparency through competent and proactive analysis,
  • You identify and drive (process) improvement potentials to increase efficiency, forecast quality and/or stakeholder satisfaction,
  • You have a keen interest in digitalization and automation and use appropriate tools in your daily work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or similar studies, specialization in Controlling preferred,
  • 2-3 years of controlling experience (plant controlling, division controlling or similar),
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PnL Series, SAP etc.,
  • High interest in digitalization and knowledge of respective tools, e.g. PowerBI, Power Automate,
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage,
  • Comfortable in cross-cultural environment and working in international team in matrix organization,
  • You are pro-active and work independently following a clear structure,
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy complex tasks,
  • Your communication is clear, binding and stakeholder oriented,
  • You are open to work in an international, virtual team.
