This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Knowledge development for laser welding of the product and laser welding machine technology with CoC – MFT-LWB and laser machine supplier 
• Transfer knowhow basic and advance of laser welding product and process
   to maintenance, manufacturing planner, Production for correct operation. 
• Development laser welding standardization to the manufacturing for maintain condition of the laser welding. E.g. TPM, Machine daily check sheet, WI
•  Lead for laser machine technical release in the new relocation phase and Ensure machine condition are back to normal condition after yearly PM and machine breakdown. 
• Support Maintenance for specify strategy of critical spare parts and support sourcing spare parts in the global to ensure able to recovery machine back in the short time 
• Lead for development and improvement laser process to stability in the manufacturing
  E.g. Upgrade laser source, Quality of laser welding with Engineering, Envelopment of laser welding  
• Lead for complex troubleshooting in the laser welding topic and competence
   development to maintenance, Manufacturing engineer. Production for basic analysis 
• Work cooperates with Central of Competence  –Manufacturing Technology- Laser Welding Beam and Expert team for gain new technology and Sharing problem & development 

Educational Background

•  Bachelor degree or master's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic and related  

Qualifications

• English Proficiency: Able to Presentation and communicate in the fluent level  
• Have experience in the laser welding industry more than 10 yrs. 
• Able to operate with laser machine as well, E.g. Trumpf, Keyence, Mitsubishi, (Trumpf are Pulse)
•  Knowledge of laser welding in advance level 
• Experience in the laser welding development and implement
• Have experience work with laser machine. E.g. TPM, PM
• Strong in the problem-solving skill advance level 
• Strong in the leadership skill. Has experience to lead other.
• Strong in the report and presentation skill
