• Contribution to Product Development Projects by accomplishing tasks related to product engineering, like definition of technical specifications of the products, technical documentation, test methodologies and plans.
• Development and implementation of design models, supported by the use of advanced design and testing methods, with the objective of achieving performance targets.
• Definition and execution of Pre-Development activities starting from user requirements, with the objective of transforming technology into solutions for our customers.
• Collaboration with other function within the company, like Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality, contributing to continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.

• Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or similar subject (e.g. Material Engineer)
• Minimum 2-3 years of work as a Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related position
• Experience in manufacturing company, power tools is an advantage
• Microsoft office package knowledge, with main focus on Excel
• Good knowledge of English language, Italian is a plus
• Ability to work in a team
• Methodical approach
• Proactivity, dynamism and independence in action
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organization of working time and planning own work
• Driving license cat.B
