Job Description
Tasks:
- Responsible for the design of O8 Capacity Management process and O9 Avilability management process
- CIP for the worldwide process KPIs
- Continuous worldwide check on process implementation and ensure implementation of measures from the last Maturity Level Check (MLC)
- Coordination and evaluation of incoming process requirements
Qualifications
Profile:
- Experience in a similar position (at least 3-5 years)
- Process management experience and ITIL knowledge - ITIL certified (e.g. ITIL v3 or ITIL4 foundation)
- Personality: team player, good communication skills
- Working Practice: independent, organized
- Languages: good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Education: completed study or comparable work experience
