Job Description

- Customer zero km handling from reporting to QC closure

-Customer warranty claims handling from reporting to QC closure8D / Problem solving  as part of RCA for complaints

Customer quality indices monitoring and improvement plan

Quality improvement projects for Misson perfect quality strategy implementation 

Communication with customer , SQW and Plant and management related to customer complaints

Customer satisfaction through timely response and close looping

Internal communicating quality alerts and implementation of stop sign at the plant

Monthgly tracking and update of customer score cards and preseting to management internally in case critical issues

Participating NPD related line walks/PHA and providing the LL from similar products proactively

Maintaining and regular update of customer complaint (0km/field) database

Supporting the internal (C/AU, AUD, IQA) and external customer audits (System audits, event based audits)

Qualifications

Bacholor of Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

'- 4-5 years of experience in quality management, customer complaint handling and interfacing the customers
- Experience in manufacturing if any is preferable
- Working in Tier 1 supplier in automotive domain
