Job Description

Main tasks to be covered:

  • ESG and sustainability in purchasing, particularly the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Enhancing purchasing processes to adhere to internal company guidelines and global legal standards, while also addressing additional regulations like the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) when necessary
  • Take over the development of a PU sustainability strategy (incl. Roadmap) and corresponding KPIs for monitoring services
  • Responsible for (further) development of necessary ESG  IT system landscapes
  • Implementing comprehensive sustainable risk analyses of the supplier base, focusing on ESG factors
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of training for internal and external stakeholders and support in the preparation of reports and reporting

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Successfully completed commercial, technical or social sciences degree or a comparable
  • Several years of experience in purchasing/logistics as well as in the management of supply chains
  • Ideally, you have already knowledge of sustainability in purchasing
  • Affinity for legal or regulatory tasks and the preparation of reports
  • You have a strong communication and networking capability
  • Your way of thinking is analytical and proactive, your way of working is structured and solution-oriented
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP, data analytics and power BI
  • Business skills in English complete your profile
