• Shipment tracking support, deliveries and inventory follow up
• Maintain master data and proceed logistics operation on SAP as per source planner’s instruction.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of deliveries and inventories as per supervisor’s request
• Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor

• Preferable student in last semester in university related to Logistic, International Trade, Supply Chain. 
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management is preferred
• Good English communication skills. Chinese speaking is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
• Motivated in learning from work.
• Active in asking & responding to assignment
• Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture
• Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly
• Have mindset that it is necessary to report for unknown things/matters
• Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities.
