A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.
Job Description
LEAN management 80%:
Support the development and implementation of Lean project plans for indirect areas, assist in coordinating project tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization. This includes assisting in project monitoring and reporting, collecting feedback from stakeholders, supporting leadership initiatives, and driving improvement topics.
Bosch Production System (BPS) and Industrial Engineering (IE) 20%:
Support to create standardized work (Line balancing chart, StAB, Layout, Man-machine chart, etc.), process confirmation, ergonomic evaluation, etc. including Bosch Production System activities e.g., training, workshop, etc.
Qualifications
Currently studying or recently graduated in industrial engineering or a related
Strong moderation and presentation skills, and the ability to build trustful
Good English skills, both written and spoken
High interest in coaching and energizing others, demonstrating a passion for motivating and supporting team members.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.
