We are looking for an experienced Sales District Manager, based in Athens, where you will be responsible for sales and business development activities within your region. In this role you will be an active member of our team, working closely with the Regional Head of Sales, Pre-sales engineers team, and other sales district managers.

You will be responsible to promote and implement Bosch Video Systems & solutions.

Key responsibilities include influencing projects, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and staying up to date with our products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage client relationships to drive customer engagement and ensure their needs are met effectively
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and pilot installations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions
  • Identify and cultivate additional business opportunities to expand our market presence
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients, designers, and specifiers through regular visits, fostering enduring partnerships
  • Support sales team and technology partners in tenders and RFP/RFQ process
  • Expand the network of consultants specifying Bosch solutions in tenders, providing them with dedicated support
  • Collaborate with the regional pre-sales & sales team  
  • Empower the sales organization with in-depth knowledge of the Bosch portfolio, serving as a resource for regional sales teams.
  • Utilize available IT sales tools, including CRM, SAP, Power BI, etc., to optimize sales processes and performance
  • Adhere to central Bosch rules and guidelines as well as local regulations

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably within the network video and/or physical security markets
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Economics or related fields
  • Working Knowledge in CCTV/Network video, VMS software and hardware technology
  • Strong IT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies and applications
  • Ability to thrive in an international business environment and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Exceptional presentation & demonstration skills
  • Fluency in English & Greek language
  • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven and self-motivated
  • Acute in business planning
  • Willingness to travel abroad frequently
