Job Description

  • Monitor and control SW Development KPI including on time, on cost, on quality.
  • Plan and allocate resources for projects including people and infrastructure. Ensure resource deployment as per targets.
  • Evaluate team readiness and capabilities for project’s demand.
  • Plan and track the people development, team competent development via tools such as PDCA, GPD, and CDD.
  • Responsible for efficiency and quality improvement in team. Support team in problem solving.
  • Involve to project acquisition, business planning, organizational activities.
  • Stake-holder engagement.
  • Operational work: team request’s approval, billing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree, major in Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded SW development in automotive industry, with at least 2 years in leadership role.
  • Familiar with automotive engineering process, method, and quality system, including comprehensive knowledge on automotive and safety standards such as ISO16949, ASPICE, ISO26262, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 10-15 employees, demonstrating strong ownership, leading by content and effective team-building strategies.
  • Good engineering sense, fast technical understanding, and high-quality mindset
  • Excellent communication with experience working in international engineering environment.
  • Excellent English both in oral and written.
