The Role

🚀 The Conference department from Bosch Security and Safety Systems is looking for an enthusiastic intern!

Our team is dedicated to developing advanced conference products designed to facilitate structured and efficient meetings. We focus on creating tools and solutions that enhance communication, streamline collaboration, and ensure that every meeting is productive and organized. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to provide users with a seamless experience that supports clear agendas, effective time management, and meaningful interactions, making each meeting more impactful.

🛠️ Your Tasks

• Conduct research and brainstorming sessions to explore innovative approaches for creating an on-premise conference system using standard hardware such as mobile phones and tablets;
• Develop a detailed proposal outlining the design, implementation plan, and benefits of the proposed conference system, including potential use cases and applications;
• Perform a risk assessment to identify potential challenges and issues related to the deployment of the conference system, and propose mitigation strategies;
• Create a proof of concept (PoC) to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed system, including functional prototypes and initial testing to validate the approach.

🎓 What You Bring:

• You are currently studying Computer Science, IT, or similar direction;
• You have software programming skills (e.g. app development of iOS and/or Android);
• You have the research mindset and proactive;
• You are proficient in English verbal and written;
• You are available for the minimum internship period of 6 months, preferably longer;
• You can work at our office in Eindhoven;
• You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.
