About the team:

Global Business Services are an integrated and process-oriented service unit of Bosch, where we provide best-in-class services to the divisions in order to support their business.

Over 10,000 associates all over the world deliver services across seven process lines, serving over 300 Bosch legal entities. Our motivation is the daily satisfaction of our customers at Bosch by professionalizing business services and supporting our internal partners to focus on their core business. ► Collaboration with user departments to align the strategic fit of single products to further develop the overall solution.

► Understand and explore demand planning processes and data to derive detailed requirements and business needs.

► Conception of a roadmaps, creation and prioritization of backlog items, user stories and subtasks within the sprints.

► Derivation of business logics from raw data of supply chain planning systems like SAP ERP, Kinaxis, SalesForce

► Steering of the development teams to achieve milestones within data engieering and visualization fulfilling relevant quality criteria.

► Supporting the rollout of the solutions with concepts, manuals, and process documentation.

Who you are?

► Education: completed studies in business administration / informatics or a comparable qualification 

► Knowledge of  SAP ERP MM/SD/APO preferably with focus on customer demand planning

► Hands-on SQL skills preferable

► Preferably Logistics/ Supply-Chain process knowledge

► Personality and Working Practice: committed, responsible, flexible, analytical, proactive, high-quality aspiration, strong communication and client-facing skills, result- and solution-oriented 

► Experience and Knowledge: > 3 years of experience as process expert, customer demand planner or data engineer

► Enthusiasm: passion for creating valuable solutions with a user centric mindset in an agile team setup 

► Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English
