This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Responsible for plan packaging use in plant and external warehouse or request by LOG planer
• Maintain packaging inventory & reordering process, scheduling of packaging material delivery and coordinate to customer for get packaging material according to delivery schedule.
• Coordinate to external warehouse for ensure replenishment fo packaging material from warehouse to manufacturing plant.
• Maintain consumable of packaging to external process (repacking process at LSP warehouse)
• Display & tracking the transport cost [ concern with packaging topic], packaging cost and provide cost analysis data to manager.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for internal data support during sourcing new packaging supplier to suitable cost math with company strategy
• Support new project in LOM area.
• Be coordinate with document control in scope of packaging
• Other assignment from manager.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher

Qualifications

• English communication
• Experience in logistic or material planning is advance, Logical thinking, Continuous improvement idea, SAP basic knowledge.
• SAP POE knowledge (NLAG)
• Negotiation and coordination skill
• Material planning (MRP), inventory control
• Ability to coordinate and work with other function for both internal and external
• Decision making in own task area
• Communicate skill
• Basic budget setup
• Basic problem solving skill
