Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as Project Manager – Operations Engineering. The is a maximum-term, full-time opportunity at our Clayton office and will involve occasional interstate, regional and international travel.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Managing build to print project requirements inclusive of cost, quality & delivery
  • Interfacing with finance/administration team(s) to report on project demands & financials
  • Managing key operational tasks for BAMS build to print projects
  • Resolving technical issues during build and installation (i.e. design and/or supplier quality issues)
  • Developing standards and specifications to facilitate efficient build and installation
  • Assisting and managing TEF2 capital improvement budget, projects and co-ordinate facility works with FCM departments
  • Leading continuous improvement projects within operations group

Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for ownership and leadership, who possesses the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse and sometimes complex tasks and priorities and be able to establish effective relationships and coach and inspire the project team.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Degree in Engineering or Project Management 
  • Proficiency with MS Project & Office with SAP knowledge preferable
  • Experience in special purpose machine build and CAD knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
