Job Description

Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic, multicultural team that aims to enhance customer experience and create harmonized, data-driven sales processes? Join our growing SPX central team in Aveiro and contribute to impactful projects that drive our organization forward.

Your contribution to something big:

As an intern, you will mainly work closely with our global product data expert and support him in the implementation of a product data hotline. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Document the process and create technical documentation for first-level support of the product data hotline;
  •  Assist in the resolution of cases, involving the gathering of information from different systems, primarily SAP ERP.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our global process owners across various sales processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support global process owners of various sales processes with special and recurrent tasks;
  • Document business processes in Signavio;
  • Assist in data analysis tasks to provide insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • Ability to speak Portuguese and English fluently;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Basic knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus (training will be provided);
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
