We are offering an exclusive 6-month internship opportunity that goes beyond the ordinary and that grows you beyond your known limits:

  • Immerse in start-up life: Gain hands-on experience working with in diverse start-ups, collaborating closely with industry leaders for unique insights.
  • Collaborative responsibilities: Collaborate with various high level internal and external stakeholders, as well as partners and providers in the team development ecosystem.
  • Shape the future: Contribute to shaping the team's future through active involvement in strategic planning, research of concepts and models for team & culture development and preparation of team workshops.
  • Global impact: Expand the influence of the grow platform in the start-up ecosystem through top external collaborations and strengthening of our global network.
  • Enthusiastic team player: Support our team´s daily business by preparing and facilitating regular team meetings, creating a platform for knowledge management and documenting team workshops.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, social science or comparable.
  • Experience and know-how: Ideally knowledge of the start-up industry, process optimization, event & stakeholder management
  • Personality and working style: Open-minded team player who is responsible, dynamic, and proactive in communication, task processing, high level of endurance and can-do attitude.
  • Languages: professional English, other languages are welcome

  • Start: Preferably October 2024
  • Duration: min 6 months

Location: Singapore

Prerequisite for the internship is your enrollment at a university and permission to work in Singapore (obtaining a work holiday pass or Singapore resident).
