Job Description

At least 10+ years of experience in SAP - PP with minimum 4 to 5 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live in S4HANA with techno-functional background. ·      

Experience in designing and configuring the processes in PP module - MTS, MTO, ETO, ATO, MRP, Production Execution, LTP, SOP and Variant Configuration.·      

Should have hands on experience in interfaces, connections, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancements, Module Pool, and possess knowledge on Odata, postman (insomnia) etc.·      

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the project initiatives aligned with project goals and priorities.·      

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define project scope.·      

Should be aware of ABR (Annual Business Review), QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and BRP (Big Room Planning).·      

Set & own quarterly squad objectives & key results.·      

Prioritize requirements based on business value, technical complexity, and resource constraints, team Collaboration.·      

Serve liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.·      

Work closely with cross-functional teams including middle ware, end systems to translate requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.·      

Requirement Management: Elicit, analyze, and document customer business requirements ensuring clarity, completeness, and feasibility.·      

Product Development: define and prioritize user stories, features, and epics in the product backlog, ensuring they are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.·      

Release Management: Plan and coordinate release schedules in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.·      

Review and provide feedback on deliverables, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria and deliver business value.·      

Conduct demos and gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate on product features and improve user experience.·      

Drive collaboration & synchronization within squad and with other relevant teams.·      

Actively promote and drive agile ways of working.

Qualifications

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Technology
