Job Description

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions? Join our team at Bosch and play a key role in developing and enhancing ServiceNow applications to support our business processes. Tasks:

  • Designing and implementing of technical solutions based on user requirements using agile methodology,
  • Configuring and developing ServiceNow based ITSM Platform and specific modules leveraging out of the box features or creating custom solutions,
  • Installation and configuration of the Knowledge Management and Virtual Agent module in Service Now,
  • Configuring and developing Virtual Agent conversations with the conversational designer,
  • Integration of Intelligent search on Knowledge base and Virtual Agent application in Microsoft Teams,
  • Client Interface Configuration in support portal,
  • Display and configuration of Genius results,
  • Integrating of external systems based on common interface technologies,
  • Preparing project documentation,
  • Sharing knowledge with other team members.

Qualifications

  • Several Years of Software Development experience, preferably on ServiceNow projects or comparable cloud platform projects,
  • Experience with a variety of common programming languages, in particular with ServiceNow relevant languages (Javascript, Angular, Bootstrap). Other languages like Java, C#, Python etc. are beneficial,
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management modules
  • Ideally experience in Front- as well as Backend Development,
  • Deep understanding of modern software development and delivery techniques (CI/CD, Containerization and further),
  • Strong communication skills
  • English level - min B2
