Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Network Reporting Backend Software Developer to join our Central Network Management Tools Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the integration of backend and frontend components, as well as the management and processing of data to prepare comprehensive network reports. Your work will involve system integration of various data sources, producing overviews from Network Management Databases, Network Automation tools, Network Node Managers, and Vendor Controllers like DNAC and Prime.

Tasks:

  • Collaborate with the Central Network Management Tools Group to enhance and maintain our Networking Reporting Infobase.
  • Integrate frontend and backend systems for seamless data processing and reporting.
  • Manage data through ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring data is prepared and optimized for reporting purposes.
  • Integrate multiple data sources for the production of network reports.
  • Generate comprehensive overviews using data from Network Management Databases, Network Automation tools, Network Node Managers, and Vendor Controllers (e.g., DNAC, Prime).

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Education:
    • Completed studies (diploma or master) in IT or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, Vertica, and MongoDB.
    • Experience with MS PowerBI Reporting Frontend and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
    • Practical experience in programming with .NET, C#, C++, and Perl.
    • Competency in using APIs for data integration.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A team player who can work independently.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team.
    • Result-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Knowledge of German is a plus.
