Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintainIoT devices in the field.
  • Analyze device performance data to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement of services.
  • Data processing and automation using Python.
  • Use of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana for data visualization and reporting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that provide insights into operational performance.
  • Ability to leverage cloud tools for data storage and scalability.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.o  
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana
  • Proficient in using SQL for querying and managing data from IoT devices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and report on field activities.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
  • Ability to manage multiple field projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English (written and sopken).
