• Study and assess the business processes from the automation perspective and derive the automation roadmap.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and configure automation workflows to streamline and optimize business processes.
• Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain and update existing RPA solutions as needed. Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA tools and digital solutions.
• Create documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
• Recommend and implement digital solutions that align with business goals, including but not limited to cloud computing, IoT, Al, and data analytics.

• Graduation: Computer science/IT/similar IT-related field
• Proficient in English
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere). Automation Anywhere experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen in order to manage internal and external stakeholder contacts.
• Document RPA processes and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Assist in the development of RPA governance and best practices.
• Professional experience in SAP automation, Web automation, and Excel automation is essential.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
• Experience with Databases (MS SQL, APAC, etc.) often preferred.
• Experience with development methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
• Automation Anywhere certifications preferred.
