• Be a part of a global team and coordinate SAP functions while implementing and optimizing the MES.
• Analyze errors, adjust configurations, and troubleshoot problems at SAP and MES independently or in coordination with the global support team as needed.
• Standardizing the SAP master data while implementation and optizimation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement SAP system improvements and enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business needs.
• Support the implementation of new SAP modules and functionalities.
• Operate the SAP key user tasks within worldwide Rexroth plants.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities relevant to the organization's operations especially at PP and MM modules. WM module knowledge is nice-to-have.
• SAP experience at production enviroment.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a lean manufacturing environment with SAP.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Experience in analyzing, resolving and troubleshooting SAP and MES system issues.
• Experience in implementation of I4.0 solutions. RPA knowledge is a nice-to-have.
• Experience with business intelligence softwares such as SAC.
• Familiarity with databases. Especially SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Datasphere knowledge will be plus.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation and project management processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably also in German.
• Willingness to work in an international and intercultural environment.
• Able to travel abroad.
