Job Description
Tasks:
- Leading SPL and export control process automation initiatives and increasing process efficiencies within the global foreign trade organization
- Being the interface between foreign trade governance user departments and central process IT development team, e.g. process owner and manager and developer
- Leading & coordinating the deploy of solutions within GTS
- Coordination of tests, trainings, migration and go-live preparation including post go-live support and defect resolution/process adjustment/ improvement
Qualifications
Profile:
- University Degree/BE/CA/CMA/BE/ Master Diploma in Business, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, IT or a similar domain
- 8-10 years of experience on similar position
- 5 years of experience and good knowledge of SAP GTS and its integration into SD/MM/FI
- Experience working in global projects or involvement in strategic digital transformation projects similar to S/4 HANA is a plus
- Process management experience in foreign trade and IT know-how
- Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people, passion for easy-to-use software solution in GTS and third party software
- Broader process understanding (E2E process thinking)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), German would be considered as an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliable
- Target oriented, well organized, willingness to take user perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in details
- Willingness to travel
