Job Description

  • HR Operational Support: Played a key role in maintaining the efficiency of daily HR operations, ensuring workflow to company policies.

  • Employee Relations and Support: Actively responded to employee inquiries and requests, particularly in areas such as time management, payroll, and general HR policies, fostering a supportive and responsive workplace environment.

  • HR Communication Management: Managed and followed up on HR-related Communcation Center Call's ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee and organizational needs.

  • Training Facility Coordination: Supported the administration and coordination of HR training rooms, ensuring that all logistics and resources were in place for successful training sessions.

  • Document Management: Assisted in the organization, processing, and maintenance of HR documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master or 3rd year student in Social Sciences
  • Very good command in English
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for his/her responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, target oriented and able to handle various tasks at a time under tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
