This position has as core target the Product Management activities for the next generation of Heat Pump Water Heaters. This role assumes a key contribution for the strategy definition of the business unit.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Within Bosch Home Comfort, you will be working as Product Manager for the next generation of heat pump water heaters.

    Middle and long term strategy definition for new heat pump water heaters' platform:

  • Business opportunities assessment and ownership of pre-development projects
  • Key success factors’ preparation and alignment between markets and execution teams
  • Leadership of competitor’s analysis for continuous improvement of product range
  • Sponsorship of customer insights during development stages of platforms
  • Market representation during time-to-market projects
  • Active participation on local and international legislation forums

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education: Master or higher academic degree in Management or Engineering

Experience: 3+ years experience in related areas (previous experience in water heating business is a benefit)

Knowledge:

  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
  • Knowledge in thermodynamics

Languages: Fluent in German. Proficient in English

  • Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions
  • Business oriented and pro-active attitude
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work abroad
