Job Description

  • Manage technical content of maintenance activities.
  • Manage and drive total productive maintenance activities and projects.
  • Develop a strong client base by maintaining a regular meeting schedule with existing and prospective clients/representatives of your accounts.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into service offerings.
  • Undertake and oversee the drafting of offers for new service offerings.
  • Manage relationships with partners and subcontractors involved in your projects.
  • Drive and improve specific maintenance indicators (down time, mean time between failures, mean time to repair, etc).
  • Obtain business intelligence across the market segment.
  • Work with the team to develop the business at every level.

Qualifications

  • University degree in technical fields or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance environment.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in terms of Total Productive Maintenance methodology (PM01, PM02, repair complex MAE, software debug, predictive, overhaul, software optimization, spare parts repair).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Demonstrated business development skills.
  • Well organized including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to work in a multinational environment.
  • Eager to drive business forward through managing client relationship on a daily basis.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
