Job Description

  • Bosch Software and Digital Solutions, is a leading solution provider for technology led business transformation. It is the systems integration arm of Bosch Global and is headquartered in Bangalore.
  • Customer Solutions Group is a consulting and advisory division of Bosch Software and Digital Solutions (SDS). We work with C-Level executives for strategic business / functional transformations leveraging technologies viz., IoT, AI, Blockchain and XR. We offer Digital advisory consulting to our customers and support business growth of Bosch SDS globally.
  • The team closely works with the CxO’s, functional heads and business leaders of our customer organization to identify their key business goals / problems, propose solutions and draw up implementation plan for the same.Responsibilities:Grow Digital Advisory consulting as a practice / P&L for Bosch SDS.CSG is intended to be a cost neutral / profitable entity contributing to about 20% of contract acquisitions
  • Manage and lead a set of Technology advisors, architects and management consultants spread across different regions viz., India, Middle East, Japan, Europe and North America.
  • Consult customer organizations in their technology led transformation journey by co-creating digital strategy, vision for digital, identification of use cases, business case development and creation of strategic roadmap for execution.
  • Consultative engagement of C-Level executives, functional leaders of prospects and existing key accounts in their digital led business transformation journey with an intention of creating pipeline for solutions and services of SDS.
  • Participate and moderate C-Level workshops with design thinking as a methodology for ideation and opportunity identification.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business Management from IIMs, ISBs, FMS, or equivalent tier-1 colleges
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Business or similar.

  • Experience of working in Digital led transformation consulting projects for 7+ years
