• Cunoaste caracteristicile constructive si functionale ale masinilor;
• Cunoaste simbolurile folosite pe schemele electrice;
• Citeste si interpreteaza schemele electrice;
• Cunoaste si poate urmarii circuitele electrice pe schemele electrice;
• Selecteaza si foloseste corect aparatura pentru determinarea tensiunii, curentului si rezistentei;
• Identifica componente pe masini si in tablourile electrice pe baza schemelor;
• Identifica periferice(senzori, fotocelule, presostate.....) defecte pe masini pe baza mesajelor de eroare de pe panoul operator sau dupa schemele electrice;
• Efectueaza intretinerea periodica a echipamentelor din BljP( productie, logistica, laboratoare) conform cu planurile de mentenata;
• Cunoaste si efectueaza miscari ale subansambleor masinilor de complexitate mica in modul manual de lucru;
• Participa activ la 5S al echipamentelor de productie dupa reparatii sau mentenanta, in atelier si locul de munca, dulapurile cu consumabile si piese de schimb.
• Aceste sarcini sunt completate sau excluse conform cu instructiunile si cerintele specifice locului de munca unde sunteti repartizat
