Job Description

Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party/vendors for flawless project execution.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in platform administration and operations in on-prem, cloud and Hybrid environment

Stakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.

Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Team Coordination:Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.

Facilitate team collaboration and communication.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to minimize impact.

Quality Control:Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Perform quality assurance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Develop and implement best practices and tools for project execution and management.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ITIL certification is required. Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Experience in developing platforms for internal processes Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
