Job Description

Scopes

  1. Demand – planning 20%

Doing department supply chain processes to optimize purchase activities follow company regulation and compliance

  1. Purchasing 50%

Supplier management comply to company policy process (external purchasing, SSO, ETO, ATO…)

  1. Logistics management 20%

Conduct consolidation manage and reduce logistic cost and transportation including quality management claim process. Coordinate with SOM, sales, and internal functions to ensure customer on-time delivery confirmation.

  1. Enable export control, logistics reverse, and temporary import/export 5%
  2. Inventory management and support warehouse consumable planning & supplying

 

Responsibilities

  1. Logistics planer and on-time delivery management
  2. Monitor SO-PO-OC of item between suppliers and business unit to ensure all items is delivered as scheduled. Perform ordering/ acknowledgement process on EDI and manual PO, SO
  3. Vendor management complies with SCM systematic processes
  4. Coordinate with OSD4 to manage LSP claim, damage, lost issue…
  5. Contact vendor for warranty, wrong part, missing part, goods quality issue…
  6. Handle logistics return and temporary import/ export support
  7. Ensure external sourcing process is implemented and complied with CDD
  8. Responsible to manage supplier performance and do assessment record
  9. Well organize and keep record compliance document filing and reports…

Qualifications

  • Customer oriented, ability to meet deadline
  • Understand in international trading basic, import-export, incoterm
  • Understand principle of ordering process, good at data analysis
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
  • SAP experience in MM module as a plus, at least 1 year purchasing experience

  • Monday to Friday
