We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Sales Logistics Customer advisor ” to join our team. In this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

  • Handling of customer inquiries (logistics, price claims…)
  • Submitting of offers to customers and follow-up
  • Handling and follow-up of customer orders
  • Handling of customer claims, quantities….
  • Cooperation with Customer Supply chain team Africa and sales team.
  • Coordinate clearing and subsequent delivery of incoming goods
  • Full support and assistance to all Bosch customers
  • Handling and follow-up of customer orders
  • Data management (including electronic orders)
  • Accurate documentation raised for the various processes
  • Continuous attention to allocated customers’ backorders and credit limits
  • Facilitate financial processes e.g.  goods returns, and customer credits
  • Set up and produce reports pertaining to the SLC functions as required
  • Ensure that generally accepted customer service principles are followed

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, logistic or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English
  • 2 - 4 years of experience
  • Highly organized and able to multitasks, proactive, “can do attitude”
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP experience an advantage)
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong coordination skills & target orientation
  • Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels
  • Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
  • High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationships
  • Ability to work without daily supervision
  • Able to work under pressure – sense of urgency
  • Working knowledge and experience of the supply chain processes
  • Automotive parts sales experience an advantage
  • High customer-orientation, efficient and target-oriented way of working, high degree of self motivation, flexibility, dynamism and responsibility
  • Understanding of target deployment and KPI steering
