The Brokerage Specialist is responsible for liaising with customers, broker agencies and customs officials and supervising the brokerage agencies or freight forwarders to ensure goods are cleared through customs or quarantine in accordance with import and export laws and regulations. He/She is also expected to work with colleagues and partners outside to accomplish his/her work.

• Monitoring status of shipments from port to customers’ warehouses in Vietnam
• Resolve issues with LSP for shipments in Vietnam
• Implement standard and established compliance administrative activities
• Manage and coordinate with broker agents for country import clearance activities for countries in ASEAN
• Work closely with FT Compliance officer and support in maintenance of HS codes for countries in ASEAN
• Coordinate with country sales office on tariff / costs matters, including settlement
• Coordinate with origin countries to receive original Certificate of Origin for custom clearance within stipulated timeline.
• Follow up from customs approval for Certificate of Origin to tax reimbursement.
• Support internal audit tasks.
• Check and approval of invoices related to clearance activities
• Identify opportunities for FTA
• Compilation and updating of reports for FTA cost saving and clearance activities in ASEAN

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, etc
• From 2 years-experience in Supply Chain, Import-Export or related fields. Open for fresh graduate
• Fluent in English
• Strong computer/systems skills like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, …
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skill
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work with cross-functions. Project management experience is an advantage
