Job Description

As a Learning & Development (L&D) intern in Bosch Training Centre (ASEAN), you will be supporting the operations and learning initiatives with the following tasks:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including and not limited to, room setup, participant communication and vendor management.
  • Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes and support in the communications of these learning initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications.
  • Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings and workshops are processed in a timely manner.
  • Research and propose new, engaging and innovative learning activities, technologies and content to enhance our existing materials
  • Depending on personal interest and comfort level, co-facilitate some of the on-site sessions.
  • Support other HR and L&D projects whenever necessary.

Qualifications

  • An education background in Human Resources, psychology, communications or related field.
  • Able to commit for 6 months. 
  • Strong interest in learning and development, talent development, or organizational learning.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable individual with a positive attitude.
  • Experiences in developing visual or presentation aids and materials are highly advantageous.
