BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Embedded Test Architect is the technical expert who designs solutions and builds strategy to test a product/system end to end.

Tasks of Embedded Test Architect

• Prepare technical proposals/solution prototypes for the verification and validation activities.
• Responsible for estimations and technical proposal preparation for acquisition.
• Create project-specific V&V strategy, project-specific review concept for all test levels and features.
• Identify the suitable test methods, test environment, tools, designs & installs test set-up for all the test levels.
• Prepare verification and validation plan.
• Involves in requirements engineering for testability of requirements.
• Responsible for review and acceptance of requirements considering testability and completeness.
• Involve in technical review: test specifications of critical/complex modules, 3rd party test reports.
• Support for quality/process/QGC audits.
• Definen and implements re-use strategy.
• Drive lessons learned and best practices and proposing new/state-of-art test methods.
• Drive technical RCAs and identification of defect reduction strategy.
• Provide recommendation in the CCB meeting to decide on the scope of testing for a particular release.

Mandatory

• Bachelor / Master degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in embedded testing.
• Good understanding of microcontroller & embedded system.
• Good hold on reading schematics and data sheets for components.
• Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit.
• Good communication skills and English both in oral and written.

Preferable

• Experience in automotive domain.
• Hands-on experience in CAN communication protocol and Vector tools.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, functional safety (ISO26262).
• Experience in Python language for test automation development.
• Knowledge on DevOps, CI-CT.
• ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation / Advanced level.
