We are looking for an experienced hardware engineer to join our team in the PC/server technology industry, focusing on system-level design and development, particularly in the areas of server and storage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware development and experience collaborating with software development teams using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop hardware systems, including integrated solutions for processors, server hardware, and storage devices
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware systems to ensure reliability and performance at the system level
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver technology solutions
- Working with compliance engineers and external test labs to deliver solutions which meet international EMC and safety standards
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in hardware technology, server, and storage development at the system level
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on system-level server and storage development
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience in Windows OS configuration; familiarity with Linux OS is a plus
- Familiarity with x86, GPU technology, ARM, embedded systems, and IP networking
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, on both system-level or component level
- Ability to work effectively online and offline in a collaborative environment, with internal stakeholders and external partners
