Job Description

Manage and grow distribution Power Tools business in the defined territory.

•Knowledge & experience of distributors-based working, planning to gain retailer shelf share in defined territory

•Responsible to drive regular retailer engagement to increase Bosch PT presence

• Collaborate with ASA team for smoother business

•Actively work with MKR to provide the feedback on new tools performance

•Define & drive distributor Sales team for driving Bosch distribution business

•Structured review – With focus to increase Bosch PT presence  

Responsible for appointment of new distributors in the unrepresented market

•Conducting Sales Activities to generate demand from retail channel

Communicate & drive the distribution in defined territory   

•Implementing digital solutions initiatives of CSO/Region.

Additional Information

•Bachelor degree in business or engineering

•> 4 (preferably > 6)  years of experience in Retailer handling Via Distributors channel

•Experience in Distributor handling market in country

•Good analytical skills, commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

•Fluent in English and local language

•Readiness for up to 50% travel time

•Experience in business commercials, process digitalization is preferable. 

•Proficient in Data Analysis & visualization via tools like Excel, Power BI, etc..
